We did not hear good news from Laurie's doctor today...the cat scans showed that the tumors in her lungs have tripled in size. Her doctor recommended that she stop all chemotherapy and contact Hospice. She also doubled Laurie's pain medication to help keep her more comfortable.

Bill said the family will take the next few days to help Laurie come up with a plan. He was very broken up when I talked to him after the appointment today. I know there is nothing anyone can do other than to pray for strength for Laurie and the family to deal with this difficult situation. Keith and the boys do plan to move from Laurie's duplex back to Keith's house this weekend. Aunt Andrea has been caring for Laurie at Keith's home ever since she came home from the hospital. We like that plan as they will all be together every day now. Bill will be there until Saturday and is so glad he is there with her. I am really proud of him for stepping up!
