Today was Bladen's last day of pre-school.
He attended for 2 months and boy has he changed in that time. His Speech Therapist, walked Bladen over to me and said that she feels he will be a totally different boy when he comes back in September and that he has progressed by leaps and bounds. I almost started to cry. Bladen is about on par with Reese and they are 10 months apart, but the therapist said don't be surprised if he passes Reese. It's good to hear such hope and praise from a professiona
l.
We ended up switching peds after a nasty incident with our former one that had me in tears. So far, I like the new guy and he is 3 minutes from our house!
Blade
n went to see the neuro and had a great report. Again, no signs of autism. Same as what the therapists say - but it's always something that is in the back of my head because he is quirky, but probably just his personality.
Exactly one week to the day, I will be having baby #3. This has been such a tough time for me and will be happy to not be pregnant anymore!
In 2 weeks, we have the TS walk in Lansing. If you'd like to donate, please go to
www.firstgiving.com/bladenarndt. I know times are tough, but remember it's not the amount. If everyone donated $10 we'd be in great shape :)
