Avery did improve on steroids, but when she finished them, she developed fever & vomiting again. (She finished her steroids Sunday night.) Luckily she was at the hospital for a follow-up appointment with her eye doctor when it started & Melissa was able to get her into the neurosurgery clinic right away. The surgeon restarted the steroids & did a CT Scan, (David was able to run over & go back withAvery for that.) They think that maybe her cerebrospinal fluid is not reabsorbing/draining appropriately, so they're going to do a lumbar puncture tomorrow (Thurs.) to try to "jumpstart" & facilitate the draining process. This little family still needs your prayer. Please continue to pray for healing, strength, REST, & peace for each of them. Thank you for checking in.
