Our little girl has been doing some pretty amazing things!

Recently (within the past few days), she figured out how to stand up from her footstool.  Most of the time, she holds on to a hand or two, but sometimes, she decides to just stand.  This has made it very interesting in our house! 

Anna also decided that she FINALLY likes her little brother.  She will give Connor big smooches now...it's very cute!  She won't actually kiss any of the rest of us, so that's a very special thing between the two of them right now.

We head back to Riley on the 16th for pulmonary, neurosurgery, and audiology.  We're praying for these to go well, because if she fails her hearing screening again, we may have to sedate her to get an "acurate" reading of her hearing abilities.  We were told that all vent patients can run the risk of hearing loss because of mediations and the general noise of the vent.  We know Anna can hear, it's just a matter of to what extent she can.
