I'm typing during a break as 4 of 6 voice students cancelled their lessons this afternoon. And only week of class remains when we return from break...need I say more?!?!?
Went to the ortho again this morning and am back in the unno boot as it wasn't healing as it should. After one day of PT on Tuesday, we both realized it needed to be medicated longer. I'm wearing this one until Dec. 10...almost 3 weeks. May need another one and I'm prepared for that. We MUST let this heal on its own and it SURE beats having a skin graft anyday!
Am awaiting sleep study results, but do admit I slept better with the CPAP Tues. pm. Am anxious to see the dentist tomorrow and compare xrays pre-wreck vs. post. Not sure all that we will see, but I feel like my jaw is back 1/2 inch further than it used to be. My bite is off on the left quite a bit and my left jaw is quite sore in several places. Have been since the wreck, so I guess that won't be going away anytime soon.
Will keep you all posted and ask that you continue to keep all the Miles family in your prayers. We appreciate all of them and thank you for your continued cards, memorials for mom, and words of encouragement!
