Information on a Celebration of Life Service for Angie follows:

Angela K. Cabrera

Angie (Schmidt) Cabrera, age 47, of Plymouth, said goodbye to this world on Thursday June 25, 2009. She was welcomed into eternal life by her mother, Kay Schmidt, and her grandparents.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved by her husband of 19 years, Douglas Cabrera, and their children Marielos (14) and JonCarlo (12).  She also leaves behind the following loving hearts - father Roger Schmidt; sisters Julie Schmidt, Paula (Jim) Weber, and Heidi (Scott) Boyd; brothers, David (Beth) Schmidt, Steven (Cindy) Schmidt; brother and sister in-laws, Irma (Bryan) Steelman, Leonel (Lety) Cabrera, Carlos Cabrera, and Elisa (Dale) Laurent; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held Sunday, June 28 at 6:30 pm at the Breck School Chapel in Minneapolis. Family will greet relatives and friends beginning at 5:30 pm. A private burial mass will be held on Monday, June 29.

Angie and Douglas request that any donations be directed to the Angie Cabrera Benefit Fund to help cancer patients in Guatemala or to the Cabrera Family Trust Fund for their children’s college education.
