Services for Andy have been arranged:
The Visitation will be from 5-8pm at Dingman Funeral Home in Luverne on Thursday night.
The Funeral will be at 1030am at First Presbyterian Church in Luverne on Friday morning.
A very sad lucky man is writing this entry. I will miss Andy as all of us will, but will laugh for many, many years thinking of him and his great sense of humor. Not many people can say that they have a brother-in-law who they get to know and love like a true great friend. Thanks Andy.

Andy was the dad I never had. He was my idol, and the dad I always wished for.. I wish my sister wouldn't have lost her dad as early as I did. But it was just his time, and God must have a plan in line for our family. He tried his hardest and stuck in there for as long as he could. I'm just glad that he could help save other peoples lives with all this going on. I know Lexxus doesn't comprehend everything, but I know once she realizes she doesn't get to see him everyday she'll be hurt. She understands to pray to him, and that he is an angel watching over us at all times. Lexxus is a strong little girl trying to be strong for everyone around her, and always rubs everyones back & gets tissues when she sees someone cry. She is a very loving child, just like her daddy. I'm going to miss his loud, obnoxious, funny laugh! Also his big, cheesy smile.
I'm going to miss you, Dad. I love you.<3
Written Oct 15, 2012 3:44amThis is the first time I have made a journal entry on here. Dan and Christal have been the ones who have been making all the updates and have done an amazing job. They have said and explained everything way more then I Could have imagined.
I met Andy 9-10 years ago and he is one of the best people I have ever met. He started as my friend and we later had a child together and we still live together and he has helped raise Mekayla. Andy is the best dad you could ask for. My girls love him as much as I know he loves them. The girls were Andy's world as he was theirs and trust me they both had him wrapped around their fingers. I know Andy will be watching us from above and couldn't wish for an better Angel then him. Andy would of done anything for them, me, his sisters, dad, and anyone else that needed a hand or a friend.
I can not express how much we appreciate how everyone has been there for us during this time and how much even the slightest text, call, Facebook message or visit has meant to all of us. It still amazes me the support of everyone around us.
I guess the last thing I have to say is life sucks. Andy is leaving too soon and I am going to miss him everyday for the rest of my life as will my kids, Mike, Linda, Dan and Christals family April and Dereks family and every single person that has had the pleasure to meet Andy!
I love you always and forever Andy!
