Bless you, Catherine, Andrew and CaringBridge, for the updates. It's so important to us to know how you are, as you're very much in our hearts and prayers. Sounds as if recovery is continuing to be on track, and that life at the Goodwillie's house will get increasingly routine. I sometimes forget to be grateful for the blessedness of routine; an event like this reminds me that the ordinary day is, as Katrina said, a gift.

We send our love.

First let me just say that I love it that your boys call your dad "Papaw." Warms my heart! (My parents are "Nana and Pepaw" to Linnea, by the way).
So glad that things are moving ahead so well, and I know you all must be relieved beyond measure to have Andrew at home. We are thinking of you all.

Dear Catherine:  I just found out about Andrew's accident and am so sorry that you are all going through this!  But it sounds as though he is making amazing progress and with your love and good care and the devotion of those wonderful little boys I know he will be just fine in no time!  Sending you much love,

Courtney Thomas

Catherine and Andrew.  I am so thrilled to hear about your fabulous weekend and I am so glad that you were able to go!  Andrew, you sound as if you are progressing everyday.  What a blessing.  Catherine, I saw your mom this morning at alanon.  She looked great.  We did not get to talk much, as she did not stay for lunch.  I know that she has been a big help to you.  Love to you both.  Jeanne Blackburn

Dearest Andrew, Catherine, & Beautiful Family,
As I write, the tears of joy overcome me, as these firsts after a devastating accident we know so well. You are blessed to have the people and treatment you are receiving, and I know you know that. I am thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful, and special weekend.
Love To You All,
Heather:)

I keep up with your Journal entries, and am more and more encouraged. Sounds as if we're looking at a full recovery from a horrific injury, and that we'll all be looking back on it as a really scary bump in the road this time next year. My loving prayers remain with all you Goodwillies. Isn't life AMAZING!! And sometimes SCARY!!!

Hi Cat,

Am writing from work again so i don't know if I'll be interrupted. I started a message to you yesterday but had to stop.

Can't wait to hear how Andrew's night out went. I'll bet the kids were so excited. Am glad to hear they are doing so well.

Joe is really looking forward to his trip to Denver. i hope the mess on the East Coast doesn't screw up his flight,

Big hugs to everyone.

Love
