John, Eric, and Alex were with Andrea when she met with the oncologist this morning.  She did sleep a few hours overnight, but was awake after 3 AM.  The doctor said Chemotherapy will begin either Wednesday or Thursday of this week.  After the initial 7 days, she is to have only a limited number of visitors (John and her kids) due to her immune system being so weak. This news made me sad, but I know that it is the best for her.
I spoke to Andrea a few times on the telephone.  She seemed to be so much "brighter" than yesterday.  She told me her white blood count dropped by 100,000 so this was wonderful news!
Andrea already warned me that she will be tired on Monday due to all the tests that are scheduled.

John told both Alex and Eric about Andrea's illness today.  Andrea asked me to drive up and tell our mother in person which I did.

Drove down to see Andrea at the hospital today.  She was weak, and very reluctant to ask for any pain medications although it was obvious she was in pain.  She eventually "raised the white flag" and accepted them.  Andrea appeared to be in much discomfort today, and had no appetite.  She looked worn out.  She had a few bites of fish for dinner.
