Hi! My name is Ames Walker Relan. I was born on July 2nd, 2006 with a Sacrococcygeal Teratoma. The tumor was originally benign and removed surgically. In February 2008, my tumor has returned and was found to be malignant.
Ames had a very good day today!! He was playing and very happy. He took a nice long nap today as well (Happy Mother's Day to Mom, thank you Ames). We are looking forward to going home tomorrow and having one more round of chemo behind us! Adam is up at the hospital with Ames tonight while I get some things done here at home(Mommy and Ames are lucky to have such a great Daddy, we love you!) We will talk to the Doctor tomorrow about scheduling his surgery so hopefully I can update tomorrow with the date for that. For now Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful Moms who are reading and praying for Ames!-Abbey
