Diamond Blackfan Cyclocross Challenge ...A Success!!

We're happy to report that the race this past weekend was a huge success. Over 220 riders came out to participate. We're told that this was the largest attendance at any cyclocross race in the KC area with the exception of the state championships! Not bad, huh?

We had gorgeous weather and although it was a little too warm, it didn't slow down any of the racers. Everyone loved the course and location. Good job Tige!

We still don't have an official total on the amount raised for the DBA Foundation, but the raffle itself raised over $150 alone, so I know we're going to be very pleased with the results. As soon as we are done paying out all the expenses, I'll post the grand total.

A big thank you goes out to everyone that helped make this event a success. Whether you helped with the set up the day before, helped during the race, came out to race, or just stopped by as a spectator, we can't thank you enough. I've said it before, but we really do have an amazing group of family and friends.

I've posted a few pictures in the photo album from the race. They are from the site of the photographer who shot the event. I was too busy to really capture any good pictures!

Thanks for checking in!
