Hi Everyone its Jan...
I just wanted to share a poem that I wrote for Amandas birthday ! Its been 3 months hard to imagine. I miss her so much and Tammy is doing her best but as you can imagine its very painful and difficult. She appreciates all the Love and Prayers... Matthew will be home in October.
Ok here goes
Some day Amanda
I know beyond this life lies the peace of being Free,
Knowing that your heart is where you were always meant to be.
You can soar with the Angels and give comfort to those-
Whose journey keeps them here on Earth until their finally chose.
For its here our hearts still feel the loss of those so very dear-
And yes we have our memories ,we hold so very near.
I often think when I get there will you still remember me?
I cling to the Faith that you will for friends we 'll always be.
And together we will laugh and sing each note in perfect key-
Dancing amongst those we love for all eternity.
And we will celebrate our Birthdays as only one can do-
When Heaven opens up its Gate just like it did for you.
I can still miss you and wish you here with me -
But Amanda I know in my heart you're where you need to be.
With Angel wings you look down and smile upon us all-Reminding us to Push and Pull until we get our call.
And Yes I know that you'll be there with open arms waiting to receive-
Those of us whose hearts you touched ...This I Hope and Believe we will Achieve
