I had the honor of having Alicia as my group leader during BSF a few years ago and the honor of serving alongside her in BSF leadership as well. She was the kind of person you can always look up to, positive attitude, warm smile. She will be missed! Yet so comforting to know that she is at home with her Lord and Savior and I pray that this knowledge will bring some comfort to her family and friends.
Sincerely,
Christine Liu

To sweet Alicia's family and friends:

i am heartbroken.  Alicia was a great leader and friend of mine.  She was so professional and I loved that beautiful smile of hers.  I am praying for all of you as you struggle through this difficult time.  Please know she represented Virginia with great perfection and enthusiasm and I will miss her greatly.

Much love beautiful Alicia.

My heart is heavy with the news of Alicia's passing and yet I am uplifted as I read 2 Corinthians 4 which was just posted. Alicia is with Jesus in heaven and I'm overcome with joy thinking about her running among all the saints!

I'll never forget Alicia's beautiful spirit. Her joy, concern for others and her humor in the midst of her suffering was--- and still is--- a great testimony of her steadfast faith which will continue to be a blessing to us all.

Love and prayers for Alicia's family and friends.

Alicia's path crossed mine very briefly at Redeemer  -- but how glad I am that it did, her grace and her smile were amazing to experience even for a short time. My heart and my prayers go out to her earthly family and friends - may you know a supernatural peace in the days and months and years ahead.

Romans 8:38-39
"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present or the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."  I know that Alicia is with her God that she loved so much.
