Britt, Alex and Tommy started school as scheduled. They are all doing well.

Alex is doing much better than she was this time last year. As mentioned before, phyiscal therapy has been denied since 06/01/2008. I have been following up, but just havent heard anything. I just need to keep calling the insurance company!

Alex has a positive attitude towards school. She has a different perspective from most kids - she is happy to be healthy enough to be there.

I was very upset to hear that some kids at school thought that it would be funny to push Alex down. One of Britt's friends was there at the time, and told the kids not to mess with her. Nothing happened, but I did tell the school. The kids could have been just talking, but the reality is that if Alex has serious fall, things will be even more difficult for her. I am very thankful that Alex has some people watching out for her at school!

The school is 2 stories and Alex does not yet have an elevator key - we are working on that with the school.

So, basically all is well here for the moment! As an accountant, my life should be boring. It is my goal for life to be boring!!!
