Dear Brown Family,

I am glad that our Abby has a big sister in heaven.  I had not mentally noted that they both died during the month of August.  It will be 2 years on August 17th.  Our Abby should have been going into 4th grade, but she never passed preschool because of the affects on her since she was 23 months old when she was diagnosed.  Please tell your Abigail hello!!  She searched us out over the internet.  Abby and Alexa had a similar journey with their medulloblastoma.  We became email friends and prayer warriors!!

Love to each of you!

Doesn't seem like that long ago, lost my Uncle this last week end to cancer and grandmother had cancer this winter. I truly hate cancer...... I need more of those bracelets that says cancer sucks.... 4 months after learning my uncle had cancer he is gone..... nothing that I can say that you all haven't gone through..... life sucks at times but death just hurts...... Love you all.

I think of your family all the time and we continue our mission and quest for answers in Alexas and so many others memories.

We have lost 2 children here in Northwest Indiana in the last 12 days. That makes 9 in 14 months.  Three of those 9 moms traveled to Capitol Hill with us this past June.  Although there was some encouragement and compassion, clearly that is not where our answers and cures will come from.

Best of Luck at your Golf Outing.

Much Love & Prayers Always,
