I wanted to let everyone know that Adam is doing great. His last scans were great. The radiologist said he has a "normal" liver scan which we never expected. We were told that he would probably always have some scar tissue or dead cells that would show up on his scans, but his body has taken care of everything. His liver had 14 tumors on it and surgery was never an option and now it looks normal. Unbelievable! So the liver, lungs, and brain are all clear. Everything is fine.

Adam has been accepted to Cornell College in Mt. Vernon. He wants to double major in History and Communications. We are very excited for him.

Sarah is playing basketball and doing great. She is fun to watch. She is also working on her pitching. Conner got first place in Jefferson at his first wrestling tournament this year so that was fun. His buddy, Ethan Tromp, also got first place so the Tromps and Meineckes had a good time.

We hope everyone had a great Christmas. It was two years ago that our world changed forever so every Christmas is just a little more special. Happy New Year to everyone!
