Adam was diagnosed on May 4th, 2007 with High Risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, cancer of the blood. Adam's journey has been of the utmost bravery as he has endured countless pokes and procedures, spinal taps, surgery and chemotherapy. We have never been so proud of Adam's courage. This has changed our family forever and we have been so thankful to have so much support from all of our friends and family. Please sign our guestbook as we will have it published for Adam to keep forever.
On May 22nd, 2009 Adam was diagnosed with an isolated CNS (central nervous sytem) relapse. On December 4th, 2009 he received a bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor.
On December 27th, 2010 Adam relapsed once again in his bone marrow and CNS. We are fighting once again...
On March 11th, 2012 Adam passed away surrounded by his loving family. He is forever a champion and lives in the hearts of many. We miss him more than words could ever describe. Life will never be the same without him here. Our hearts are in ruins.
We will love you always and forever, Adam. You are missed every moment of every day.
