The only thing worse than being diagnosed with cancer,
is watching someone you love going through it.

KISS YOUR CHILDREN EVERY DAY AND TELL THEM YOU LOVE THEM. TODAY IS GONE, AND TOMORROW MAY NEVER COME!

Well it has been forever since I last updated this website. For more current and regular updates please visit us on www.myspace.com/desiree990104 There is tons of updated pictures, and info on the whole family there!
Sammy is doing GREAT! She turned 7 in November. And her last day of 1st grade is this Friday. She is doing exceptionally well in school. Honor Roll every grading period, 4th grade reading level, and just amazes me constantly. This was her second year in girl scouts, and she has earned tons more try-it badges, went camping, saw Annie on stage, and so much more. She will be attending "Horse Camp" this summer learning how to work on a farm, ride and take care of horses, and show horses.

Other then that, we are up in the air. Still don't know what this summer will bring. If Rick will continue working at the dealership in Richmond, or we will venture to Tennessee like we originally planned. We are just enjoying life, and trying learn what normal is again!!!

As for the other family members....

My oldest Ricky turned 10 this year. OMG where does time go? He is going into 5th grade this year. He's been on a basketball team for the past couple years, and plans to stick with it. Still loves the video games, drawing, and now has really gotten into 4-wheeling, and dirt bikes. My little man is growing up way to fast.

The Hannah bear....she is 5 now. Graduates preschool tomorrow! And on Friday she will be getting "Perfect Attendance" at the awards assembly for the WHOLE year!!!! She is doing great!!! My little tom boy, playing in the dirt, fishing, riding 4-wheelers...never wanting to wear dresses!!! She is definitely my unique one!!!

All in all we are all doing great! Sammy still goes every two months for CBC's (blood checks) but no more chemotherapy, or medications!!!
Also if you have a myspace account please go vote for my kiddo's please!!!
