Is it possible that both boys are getting CUTER?? Loved seeing all the new pictures! Glad to hear a good update too, y'all deserve lots more!! That pool looks great--very funny, we saw that today at Target & Madi said we should get it. Wasn't sure how it would be. Well, guess where we're headed tomorrow? Glad to hear the staph is on its way OUT!! Praying it stays away. Glad you like the ID doc & he was so informative. Hopefully that will lead to some changes to help Nicholas' (& maybe Nathan's too) immune system. We are praying you do feel that guidance & are able to feel at ease with the upcoming decisions you may face. Great news about Nathan!! Keep up the progress, buddy! You are all in our prayers. Glad to hear all the good updates on the boys! Wonderful news on all the progress & good health. YEY! (((HUGS)))

Oh, Melody...I am sorry to hear what the past few weeks have been like for you. I can't imagine trying to absorb & digest all that info at once. It sounds like you have an amazing team of docs for yourself & you're educating yourself...so you've got the 2 most important tools to stay on top of this & fight! I have to thank you because your story is the tap on the shoulder I needed...major family hx of heart disease & diabetes, other health problems. So, this week I'll do my best to see my docs & get a check-up (it's been, let's say, a while!). We moms tend to forget about ourselves & our health...especially when we're running the kiddos to docs all the time. So, thanks for opening my eyes...I'm 28 but still think I'm 18! Well, I'm saying some extra prayers for you. I'd love to meet up with y'all if/when we head to Houston. Our docs here think we should keep both appts. I'll be in touch as we get closer to our appt date. Take care. (((HUGS)))

Hi! Wow--I missed quite an ordeal...so sorry to hear about the high fevers. That must have been scary. I am praying that the answer for both Nicholas & Nathan comes VERY soon. I have heard so many amazing things about the children's hospital in Houston...they do SO much research there for genetic & metabolic issues, sounds like you are in the right place to find that answer!!! Hope Nathan gets ALL the therapy possible! I know it's frustrating dealing with insurance companies and/or ECI's schedule!! Glad to hear he is attempting to sit up...sometimes the will to do something is even more reassuring than the act itself. Keep going, Nathan!!! You have been through so much & continue going through SO much with both the boys (& your own health). You're an amazing mother!! We are praying hard for all of you. Take care. (((HUGS)))

Sounds like Nathan is making great progress! Big hugs to Nicholas with those nightmares, Lawson has been dealing with them as well. I think his is from taking the Pacy's away though! Hopefully Nicholas will start sleeping better and have only "happy" dreams!

Hi there! Thank you so much for all your kind words & encouragement in our guestbook! I've been busy & a little down lately, but I've given myself a pep-talk, so I'm back (lol!). I hadn't been on p2p in SO long, but was so relieved to learn about post-fundo spit-up/vomiting & it being ok. Phew! I am so sorry to hear about Nathan's MRI & the uncertainty that (once again) lies aheady. I cannot imagine the strain & stress. But I do know one thing: Nicholas & Nathan are blessed to have one very amazing mom!!! You & your family are in our thoughts & prayers. (((HUGS)))
