Wow. wonder if anyone still visits here. It is totally ok if they don't. Mary Kate is 18 now, at college, and no trace of cancer or chemo is evident about her. I think I should close down this site, and rejoice in the act. This site was such a piece of our lives for so long.
The 10th annual Mary Kate's Lemonade stand was last March, and the total for the ten years was over $17,000 dollars for the LLS. She got an "honored hero" of the year award for 2013. But the biggest thing is that she is alive. Healthy. DONE! Thank you to anyone who prayed for her, thought of her, this site was very important to us, but now she is flown.
thank you, God! So happy for all the research that has helped children to battle leukemia. So Thankful to a wonderful God who provided so many miracles through our journey. God is GREAT!
