Thursday, November 16, 2006 10:32 PM CST Dearest Hannah Tomorrow it will be 3 years since you left me to dance with Jesus. I wanted to share some of the things you had to say about death that show your incrediable faith in Jesus. Her definition of strength: "to be able to put everything you have in God's hands and let Him hold you." About Heaven: "But it's going to be so much better!....because you're going to get to dance with Jesus all day, a never-ending party....how could you not be excited?" About herself: "I'm just me...a sixteen year old girl in love with God, and who's going to meet Him soon." About what God will say to her when he first see her in Heaven: "He's going to run to me with open arms and hug me until I can't breath and then he's going to comfort me and then he's going to ask me to dance." Her favorite word: "Grace" Who taught her to be so brave: "Her Dad." What to tell other kids to help them along in life: "Live life to it's fullest. Go after your dreams so you won't lose them...and tell people how much you care about them." About her Dad: "I love him for everything. He's been a good father to me." Learned about life: "Support from family and friends and praying to God through times of trial to gain wisdom on what to do." What to say to her: "I'll see you later" A signal from Heaven: "I'll just blow you a kiss." About living life: "Just enjoy things as they come. What's the rush? Why be in a hurry?" To others dying: "Don't be scared; there's really nothing to be scared of. It doesn't seem to be as hard as you'd think it would be." About her journey to Heaven: "I'm not sure that I don't like this one(journey) more." About being healed: "If I don't die, I'll live in anticipation (of Heaven) the rest of my life, which would be yucky...having to wait." Greatest experience: "Juarez Mexico. We were having a worship time and it was like the best time we ever had cause the Lord was there and everybody was all singing and dancing and all full of the Lord and it was probably the best time we ever had. I felt the Holy Spirit reaching through us. I felt warm all over and I just wanted to the hug the Lord" About Heaven being better: "How do I know? (in a strong voice)Because you're going to get to dance with Jesus all day. And sing praises and do anything. Fly....and just party. One neverending party. How could you not be excited? I know cause God tells me in the Bible....I just know." About her cancer: "I think I have cancer so I can inspire others." Favorite Bible Verse: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go" Joshua 1:9 About those she has loved: "It has been an honor and a joy to know each and every one of you, and I can't wait to meet you in Heaven." See you later, Hannah Grace. Until we meet again my precious daughter. Love, Mom May all who read this find courage, strength and faith in our Lord Jesus
