Welcome to Ella's Web Page. It has been provided to keep people updated about Ella. She was diagnosed February 8, 2003 with Bilateral Wilm's Tumor, Stage IV. She had surgery to remove her left kidney and then had 11 months of chemotherapy and radiation. After treatment was finished in December 2003, Ella still had a spot on each lung and one on her kidney. The lungs were biopsied and showed to be scar tissue. We decided not to biopsy the remaining spot on her kidney because of the risk involved and assume that it is scar tissue. Please pray that Ella stays in remission and pray for all the other kids battling this beast. Journal Saturday, June 11, 2005 10:42 PM CDT This will be a short update.
