Hoping this finds you all doing well. So sorry, Sprite who runs Smile Quilts has been out of commission for a while, so the site has been in limbo for months. Unsure whats going to happen with it, but we are thinking of you and wishing you all the best.

My “Easter Bunny” went off to the shop,
He bought me an egg and lots of chocs
And packed them into a cardboard box.
Then he wrapped it with paper and shiny string
It really was such a pretty thing.
Disaster struck when I opened the door-
He slid across the parquet floor,
He went round the corner and past the stairs
And finished up in a pile of chairs.
Of the Easter goodies not a trace,
he’d thrown them into my fireplace!
So a warning before you go opening doors
Make sure your “Bunny” has non-slip paws!

During life, Many people remember certain days for various reasons. Today, Sept. 27th, Will be a day I think that will be forever etched In my mind. When I found out that Christopher had cancer, i asked myself why, why at such a very young age and why to such an adorable young child like him, whom i am extremely proud to call my nephew/godchild.

Seeing him today for the first time since being diagnosed with cancer brought heartfelt tears to my eyes, knowing the road of treatment he must endure to get better won't be easy but a road that must be traveled to assure that he is free of It forever.

Just seeing Christopher smile tonight while we were watching "Bob The Builder" was so precious and priceless.

Christopher, Get alot of rest & get well soon. You're a tough tropper and i know you'll pull through this fine. Thinking about you all the time little buddy !!
