I am a mom to the two best kids in the whole world and wife to the best man I know. Sam and Ava are our world. We have faith that we will climb this mountain and be stronger for it. I have found strength and determination that I never knew I had. While I am not the fighter in this battle, I am his biggest fan, cheerleader, nurse, teacher and coach. I am humbled by the support and generosity around us and vow to pay it forward as often as I can. This life event has changed our whole family and while I wish we didn't have this battle I do know we are all better for it. We will not lose sight of what's important and cherish what we have. We are faithful that prayer works and we see it everyday, not only in our lives but those around us. God Bless all of these fighters - they are true heroes. My hero is SUPER SAM!
