I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Eric Hand. We will be celebrating our 7th year of marriage on August 19, 2013. We have a dog, Gretta and a cat, Lilly (aka mau maus). They our an essential part of our family. Eric and I love the outdoors...hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, sight seeing, etc. I am truly inspired by nature and love being immersed by it's beauty. My other passion is yoga and holistic living. I recently completed yoga teacher training and am excited to continue my journey as a yoga instructor and evolve my personal yoga practice. Additionally, I continue to explore holistic remadies and ways of living.
