JoAnn and Darrin updated their will to include CaringBridge. Their infant daughter, Brighid, lived only nine days and became the inspiration for CaringBridge.
Darrin and JoAnn hope that by providing a planned gift to CaringBridge, “Brighid’s legacy will live on forever, spreading encouragement, hope and love around the world.”
Dale lost her battle with breast cancer on the last day of 2004. As a final act of generosity, Dale designated an estate gift to CaringBridge.
For Dale, journaling about her experience with breast cancer was a creative outlet, recalls her sister, Marna. “It gave her an opportunity to write in a creative fashion, share photos, stories, cartoons, and keep it all in one place.” Dale’s generosity will be remembered always.
