When last I wrote I asked for prayers for many people...the principal of our school, my aunt and a local girl in her 20's. Since that time...all 3 women have passed on. It was such a hard time in my life. I still can't believe they are gone. CANCER...all 3 of them died of cancer. It truly is an ugly word.
On a happier note---
We just got back from vacation in Duck, NC a couple of weeks ago. We had a great time. It was our 5th year at the same house with the same people. It is always a wonderful way to end the school year.
The boys just finished their sports and now I get a break for a couple of weeks before soccer starts for Nick. We have a party here this coming weekend for Chris' 16th birthday and Michael's 8th grade graduation.
Can you believe my oldest is 16??? Wow, where does the time go? I did tell him I won't take him for his permit until he reads the book. If he happens to pass the test without reading the rules of the road I would be doing a huge disservice to all the drivers out there.
Thanks to those of you who have found me on facebook. It is a great way to keep in touch. Like I said before...it is so addicting.
Take care, peace out and I will talk at you soon...
