Journal

Saturday, July 10, 2004 1 pm EST

Hi again, friends and lurkers.

Kate and Mommy Trahan are here from Long Island for the weekend. Julie has been in a cleaning frenzy! It's sunny and breezy--what could be better? Bella has been spayed, clipped and groomed and looks like the royalty we all consider her to be. The white cat from across the street (whom I insist be referred to as Gary) has a calico and a black-and-white friend; for some reason all three have discovered me on the front porch. The garland and the red ribbons are still up--okay, okay, I'll yank them down soon!--and the Angel Garden is bursting with color. Come visit when you can.

Best to you all and thanks for your long-term support. We never thought this would be an overnight magic carpet ride. Little did we know what a roller coaster adventure it would turn out to be.

Love,
xo
Jack for the fam
