Chris' Journey
Chris at the top of the Rock Wall at Camp Sunshine Journal Thursday, April 28, 2005 8:01 PM EDT Well, it was Take Our Children to Work Day today and Chris went to work with his Mom at News 12. They got to do lots of fun things-there was a Graphics demonstration by Sarah and Charles in the Graphics Department and after that we had lunch (pizza-everyone's favorite!). Then they got to sit in Chopper 12 and check out the News 12 Satellite Truck. As a finale to the fun-packed day, the kids got to film a newscast on the News 12 set-Chris did the weather ("this is Junior Meteorologist, Chris Burkitt, News 12 Long Island").
