When Uncle Jeff and I visited with you the Sunday after your double surgery, I must admit I was a little bit apprehensive as to what I would find. Silly me! You were as beautiful and your smile was as radiant as ever! You continue to amaze me and those that love you (too many to mention here). As I am sure you already know, I had knee surgery. My physical therapy was very painful. I got through it by thinking about YOU. I said to myself, "If Alyssa can do it, I can do it!" You were and still are my inspiration. See you soon.

I am glad to hear that you are doing well Alyssa. As far as the rash goes, my aunt developed a form of shingles from one of the types of chemo that she was on years ago, I will try to find out the details and report back. Maybe this will help find a suitable treatment and prevent you from having to change your current course of meds. Hang in there and swim in the love that everyone sends to you. Enjoy the colors of spring!
