YOU'RE BRAVER THAN YOU BELIEVE, STRONGER THAN YOU SEEM AND SMARTER THAN YOU THINK. - Christopher Robin –
Hello! And welcome to my page!
My name is actually Aaron, but nobody calls me so. Unless I'm in troubles!!!
This page has been provided to keep my family and friends in far USA updated about my brave fight against Neuroblastoma Stage IV. I was diagnosed on August 23, 2004. Went through six rounds of chemotherapy, Stem Cell Harvesting, on February 02, 2005 I had surgery to get the tumor in my belly removed and finally on March 21, 2005 Stem Cell Transplant. Now I'm taking Accutane.
Ronnie is 5 years old and is very cheerful, enthusiastic and courageous little guy, who copes with everything with a smile. He loves animals and ice-hockey and is the same car-freak like his dad.
We are proud to be his parents. Tem & Nina S.
We would like to thank you all for your support, love and prayers.
OH I LOVE IT!

Monday, July 16, 2007 09:00 PM European Time OK... OK... OK...
There are no words of appologize. To make the story short, we have been so busy, but all are doing well.
Ronnie had scans and testing twice (both times done in CA) in the time and all went great, still NED. He is very active six years old boy. Loves school ice-hockey and soccer. He did very well at school this year and loved it (OK vacation a bit more :D ). It wasn't so easy time for him, we had so much concern for Elias. But he did great. I spent a lot of time with the little one in hospital (three times with bronchitis and than his surgery). He stayed at home without us two (Tem and I) a Eli almost five weeks only with my or Tem's mom. I know hard time for him, but he did so well. And althought he loves his brother. We are so proud of him.
Elias had his heart-repair right after Easter and all went great. The surgery lasted 6 hours and if all goes in future fine, hopefully he won't need any other heart surgery all his live long. That were wonderful news to our family. He is doing great too, he's without any limitations at time a adores his big brother.
Tem had wonderful year too and now we can just relax and enjoy vacation. We are staying in Finland right now and planing a 2 weeks vacation in Greece.
And the last news - we are expecting our third child (due date is in Ferbruary). Hope for a girl, but will be happy with a boy too.
Hope you all are having nice summer! Thank you for visiting! Will try to do next update sooner than now.
Take care!
Nina
