Welcome to Austin's Page. Austin is 8 years old and was diagnosed in July 2003 with a rare spinal cord tumor. This page has been provided to keep family and friends updated on Austin's current treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital/UNM Children's Hospital.

Hope everyone is having a great summer! Our summer has been busy and fun. Austin is doing very well. He just had his port removed yesterday. YEAH!! I can't believe it was in for so long... 6 years. We never had any trouble with it, so we kept using it when we needed. It was time to get it out!

We are looking forward to this weekend filled with friends' birthday parties and cookouts. We are very excited about our trip to Florida over the 4th. Thanks for checking on Austin and I will add some new pictures too....
