Welcome to Austin's Page. Austin is 7 years old and was diagnosed in July 2003 with a rare spinal cord tumor. This page has been provided to keep family and friends updated on Austin's current treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital/UNM Children's Hospital.

Well, my update is a little sooner than normal. =)! The summer has been busy so far. We have done a lot of playing outside on the swing set, playing games and having fun days with Grandma. Today, Austin went to the local amusement park with his cousins and had a GREAT time. He fell asleep early tonight, so that is why I have time to update.

We spent last weekend in Denver for the Forth of July. We were able to see some friends, go swimming, see Wall-E and just hang out as a family. We had a really nice weekend.

Austin is enjoying his summer and is staying very strong. We try to keep him as busy as possible because school is only about a month away. I can't believe how fast the time goes. Austin and Brian will be heading to St. Jude the last week in July, so please keep him in your thoughts!!
