I used to live in AZ and one of my friends from there was on site @ The Bells house the other day and sent pictures back....what a small small world we live in. I came across your site while surffing through other DBA sites. Thank you for posting. It really gives me hope. My son Alex (15 mo) was diagnosed with DBA last year. He has been fighting EBV for about two months now. The Drs say it does not rule him out for possible transplant, but they take about 10 seconds with you. After reading your story, I'm very hopful. If your daughter can do it, maybe Alex can too. Thank you and please keep posting.

In need of laughter, eh? Surely I must have something for you ;) Well, there's the moldy bread at the NOrthern...and it only costs 7 dollars, there's the fact my 2 pm appointment couldn't come because they were caribou hunting...or...there is the visual of five health care professionals piling out of the driver's door of the largest wheelchari accessable van you have ever seen right among the 5 pm rush at the Northern. Got to love travelling in style! Finally there's the picture of me, the mental health nurse AND my 56 lb dog all on an ATV that is now displayed n facebook!!!

I do agreed that you are amazingly blessed, but with that often comes all those other emotions. However, you have blessed so many of us with the contructive ways you channel those emotions. You have done wonders not only for the DBA community but for many, many people outside of that!! And we love all of you!

Hey Kylie and everyone! I hope you're well healed from the infection-- what a pain, huh? I hope your whole family is doing well, and that Jordyn is out of her cast soon! So.... I'm actually doing amazingly well-- I'm now 26.5 weeks pregnant!! Woohoo! We're having a little boy named Aiden. Of course, like y'all our stuff can't just go normally-- I had to have a cerclage placed and I'm on injections to help reduce my risk of preterm labor, as I have a bicornuate uterus. My goal is 36 weeks, after that, he's allowed to come out and play! LOL!
