Dear Friends of Susan.
Susan is still having headaches, fevers, fatigue, and she's had pain in her mouth lately. The frequency and intensity of the headaches are a little scary but we remind ourselves that she had an MRI of the brain in March.

She has been gardening and working with her flowers. She has a great green thumb and thoroughly enjoys being out, working. She once told me she's happy when she's up to her elbows in dirt.

Susan had a good birthday. She, Jay and I went out to dinner, my first time out since my accident. It was pretty hard getting through it, but I endured the back pain and tried not to complain. I wanted it to be Susan's time.

Susan and I walk every afternoon with the dogs. We enjoy that very much but the heat is now becoming a factor. We still go but probably hurry to get in a little more than we did when the weather wasn't so oppressive.

Over Memorial Day weekend on Sunday, Susan's dad, two brothers, sister in law and 4 month old nephew came over for a barbeque. We had a real nice visit. The baby had grown so much and is so cute. He smiles all the time.

Please thank God for Susan, for our family, for Dr. Eagle and for all those people who have been praying for Susan. Thank you for loving Susan. God bless you all.
