I think my kids missed the memo that we are on summer vacation and we are all supposed to be healthy. Dina is over the pneumonia but Wy still has a cough now and then and he has been having seizures. Last Sunday it was a very intense seizure. His whole body was levitating off the bed. He still had his casts on and his legs were just jerking against each other. I had to give him quite a bit of diastat to stop it. He ended up sleeping all day Sunday. Last night we were camping and he started seizing at 4:00 in the morning. I ended up coming home with him. Eric and the girls stayed out at the campsite. I'm so glad we were only a half hour away and we could come home.

Wy ended up getting his casts off a few days early. Who knew that bags duct taped over the casts does NOT prevent water from getting into them??? It was 90 out and we thought he deserved to go swimming. I told the doc that Wy had a miraculous one hour cure and learned to walk. He just jumped right in the pool all on his own. I wasn't about to admit to the doctor how incompetent we are.

Tomorrow night I am off to a private party with some NHL players and Brad Paisley. I am so excited. Hockey players and Brad Paisley what more could you ask for!!!!!
