Journal Friday, May 9, 2008 6:14 PM CDT I am absolutely amazed at how God answers prayer! Dr. Neglia said to put Trent on his regular schedule of checkups - he said the lymph nodes were from his saliva glands and that Trent's tonsils were large, but he'd seen larger. Dr. Neglia also said that because the lymph system has been "shut down" by chemo for the last 3 1/2 years sometimes it gets a little hyper and some of the glands just go overboard for a while. They also did a bit more extensive blood work to make sure nothing was going on. Lexi called this afternoon on our trip home and said all the blood tests looked great. Links: |
