The entire group from the 2007 Prune Belly Convention at the Milwaukee Co. Zoo.
July 22, 2007

Welcome to Jacob's Web Page. It has been provided to keep our friends and family updated about Jacob.

Jacob is a wonderful and happy 3 1/2 year old who was born on December 24, 2003 with Prune Belly Syndrome. He has had multiple hospital stays and 20 surgeries throughout his life and received a trach in October 2005 due to Pulmonary Hypertension. On May 14, 2007 he had his trach removed and we are excited to see what the future holds as we watch him learn and grow. To learn more about Jacob, please see his journal history and to learn more about Prune Belly Syndrome, please click on the link below.

Also, please feel free to sign the guestbook when you visit - we love to hear from you all!!

Hello Everyone~

I have updated Jacob website to another caringbridge format. It will be nearly the same address, here it is.....

http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jacobhanson

If you have trouble getting to the new site by just typing this address in and searching, you may have to go to the main caringbridge site and typing in jacobhanson in the visit section. Let me know if you have any troubles!

You can receive automatic updates with the new format and it also allows more pictures!!

I will keep this site active so that everyone can get this message.

See you in the new format!
Jaime :)
