Amy's Page The Journey Continues...
Journal
Wednesday, August 3, 2005 8:21 PM CDT Hi everyone It's been a while. Amy is doing very well. She continues to get stronger and has had a good summer. She turned 5 years old in July. We had a small party at our home. Then she wanted to go to the North shore of Lake Superior for a few days. We had a beautiful cabin right on the water. She has so much fun feeding the Sea Gulls and hiking. Amy takes swimming lessons every Saturday but is on a short break from therapy for her left hand. Her hand at times will open and grasp an object. It is coming along slowly but shows definite signs of progress. She runs around the yard and has a new scooter. She is a very active young lady. She starts Kindergarden this fall and is looking forward to it. We teach her early Math and Reading skills and she is doing well at both of them. She loves to learn and surprises us often. She likes her Pre-school and is going on a lot of field trips this summer. We Thank all of you once again for your thoughts and prayers. Keep it up. God is holding Amy in His arms everyday just as he does each and every one of you. We will continue to pray for her whole healing. God Bless and keep you always. Love Craig and Kathy
