Reading the update today brought back all the memories of that evening spent in the waiting room. What a joy and blessing it was when the doctor came out and said she was doing good. What a beautiful testimony Marisa is to all of us. Its a joy to see her so healthy in church! We're very thankful to have her in our lives. Lots of Love to all of you. Happy Birthday Marisa!

So glad to see Marisa is feeling better. Noah's asthma has turned into pneumonia and a partially collapsed lung. He too is on the mega dose of steroids among other things. I dont know how you guys do it! I have a new appreciation for you and all you do to keep your precious girl healthy. Your incredible. How truly, truly blessed Marisa is to have you both.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We all have so much to be thankful for.

Shannon, I'm so sorry. We do know our kids beyond what they see, and I do also understand her reasons for acting that way, as well as your frustration.
Has you seen a dermatologist? - just a thought.
If it is psychological, what is the next step?

All the best,

Glad to hear no allergies. How frusterating about the doctor though. I hope you can figure it all out soon.
If the liver doc is thinking psychosis can you get her into a child pysch to see if they can help?
Prayers!

How frustrating to have that doctor not give Marisa a fair shot! I'll pray for quick answers to Marisa's itching. I only briefly know what you're feeling b/c I've watched Shelby itch while she was sleeping. I felt so bad for her, but hers seems to be o.k. w/a big dose of Urso. Keep pushin' Shannon for an answer!
