On October 8, 2002, Arianna was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (M7) at the age of 18 months. She underwent 9 months of intensive hospitalized chemotherapy, followed by interleukin-2 treatments. She appeared recovered after treatment, but in August 2003, Arianna had a central nervous system relapse in the form of a leukemic brain tumor. She had 5 months of radiation and chemotherapy leading up to her January 2004 non-related bone marrow transplant. In October of 2004 Arianna was able to make her wish come true as she spent a week in Disney World. Currently Arianna, now a healthy and strong 6 year-old is doing very well. She is in first grade and loves ballet, choir, and Brownies, and Webkinz.

Tomorrow Jan. 8th is Arianna's 5yr Bone Marrow Transplant Anniversary!
Lets hear it for my Mighty little cancer survivor!!!!

Congratulations Arianna!!!!

You are officially CURED!!

Praise God!

Special thanks out to out bone marrow donor without whom none of this would have happened!! again thank you.

Thank you to all of you who stood by us through all of this!! We would not have made it without you.
