So good to see that you guys are doing well. Wow!!! You have found someone that your sweet ~Angel Lexie~ sent to you. Hoping you guys will be very Happy. Glad you are in a rewarding job that you love Roni. Helping others is great. In your case you are taking from others to give Life to ones in need. I know ~Lexie~ is smiling down on you....
Been a long time since I signed and had to find the site again. A lot has happened and some not so good. Lenzie has a new site that we can keep a better eye on and see all that visit and when they visit. Makes it much better for us. Lenzie and all our family is doing well. Ups and downs like everyone has, but nothing bad. My grandmother is 88 years young and having some problems but we hope for many more days with her. Nice to see that you have a wonderful caring ~Angel~ that still is their for you guys. How sweet of ~Angel Sharon~. We have had quite a few wonderful ~Angels~ in our lives that are so caring and sweet. Actually I got to meet ~Angel Rhonda~ the week after Christmas. Always nice to meet our special ~Angels~. ~Angel Rhonda~ came to Panama City Beach here in FL. and we went over and met with her for the day. It's only about an hour from us and was nice to meet her and her family. Kelly and the kids got to meet ~Angel Rhonda~ when she passed through their town on there way to FL. Nice we all got to meet her. I posted a pic of her and me on Lenzie's site. We always post pics of our special ~Angels~ when we meet them. Also our special friend's when we meet them. Pics are priceless...
Well just thought I would say hi. Wishing you guys a nice weekend. Hope you guys are very happy and doing well. Congrats to Grandma Rhonda. Gosh isn't it wonderful being a Grandma??? So much love to keep giving and passing on...

Hi Girls,
I am back in Tampa, FL now and am getting unpacked and settled in. There is lots to do but I am working on it.
When we arrived back in Tampa on Nov 2nd, we had 2 days to unload the camper and repack for a 3 day trip to Disney World's Ft Wilderness with our camping group. My family thinks I never stay home. Guess they are right!
I hope that Jady is still enjoying school just as much as she was. That is such a good thing for her. I will be sending Jady a small ANGEL package soon.
I am sure Roni is busy with her new job and that she is enjoying it. Let us know how things are going for all of you. I wish you the best.
How nice of Nana Sue to keep posting and I thank her for the kind words. What a wonderful person she is.

Hi Girls, I was so Happy to read an update from you Roni and so happy that your girls are doing well. You are moving ahead with your life and going in the right Direction and I know ~j~Lexie~j~ is so proud of you. Wishing you lots of Luck with your new Job and also in getting the Cancer Tag for your State. Alabama has one and so Kelly has one for Lenzie Her tags says 4Lenz as you can only have 5 letters or numbers. It says Curing Childhood Cancer and cost $50.00 plus your tag. $42.50 goes to Children's Hospital in Birmingham where Lenzie goes for treatment and it goes for research.
I'm so ecited to hear from you and Happier that you are doing so well and doing something worth while in ~j~Lexie's~j~ Honor.....

I just got back from a 2 week camping trip.
I said a special prayer for all of you on Lexie's Angel-versary. She was such a special little person and will always remain in my heart and my prayers.
I feel so blessed to have had the privilege to have been her ANGEL. Now, she is God's ANGEL and will be well cared for just like she was here on this earth by all of you.
How special it was to have had her in our lives, even for a short time.

Thanks Auntie Rhonda, for the update. I bet Jady looks beautiful in her new glasses. She is a beautiful girl anyway.
It's nice to hear that Roni is doing so well with her new job and that soon she and jady will be close by again so Jady can be with her Mother more. Thank you Grandma Barbara, for taking care of our girl while her Mommy is working so hard.
Rhonda, I sure hope your camper gets fixed so you can enjoy your camping trip. I know how much work it would be to transfer everything over to a new camper for just 4 days and then move it back again. I have a camper and also enjoy camping as often as possible. We are planning a camping trip into Kentucky this summer for about 10 days. I'm looking forward to that.

Good Morning,
I remember the first time that I ever signed on to Lexie's site. I was greeted with the most adorable picture of a precious little girl. Sweet ~Angel~ Sharon introduced me to Lexie via the Caringbridge sites. I visit only a handful of sites each day, to check on the progress of the sweet child and to give encouragement to the families. Lexie's site is one of them. Too many times, like with Lexie, they earn their ~Angel~ wings. Many times I have cried. I just can't imagine the hurt that the family must endure.
While it sounds rather silly, you really do fall in love with that child and family, even though you have never had the honor of meeting them. I know that I fell in love with all of you and Lexie.
I have given great thought to what sweet ~Angel~ Sharon has written. I do believe that she is right. You have been so gracious to share Lexie with all of us. I know that it must be so difficult to come to this site. So, I will keep Lexie and all of you in my heart and thoughts. I know that Lexie was blessed with the best ~Chemo~ Angel. I know that ~Angel~ Sharon cares very much for all of you. Nana Sue has been so wonderful to check on you daily and to offer so much encouragement.

The treatments seemed to be working...
We were so happy with all our hearts.
Like when the farmer saw Peter & yelled 'STOP THIEF'...
We wanted to yell that too...
When we heard the news...My child had relapsed...
And there was nothing more they could do.
Peter rabbit was most dreadfully frightened...
For he had forgotten his way...
Sometimes we lose our way from God also....
And in the midst of our sorrow back away.
As we stumble...God catches us...
Just like He lead Peter on that day...
He guides us in the right directions...
And shows us the way.
I thank God for blessing my life with my child....
Even though my child left earth too soon...

Hi Girls, Well I'm happy to read that Angel Sharon got to see ^Lexie^ in the video before it was removed. I'm not sure why it was removed, but it's not there now. There are so many of our Angel friends who were in the video and it's a shame that it's gone. Maybe there will be another one. Maybe they were not suppose to use the song. Anyways I'm happy that Angel Sharon got to see it first and hopefully maybe you girls did as well.
Everything is in bloom around here and oh so pretty and I even seen my first butterfly yesterday and it reminds me of hope of new beginnings, but knowing our yesterdays and sweet memories are kept close to our hearts.

Hi There Girls, Well hoping your weekend was nice and your having a terrific day. It was a long drive this weekend, but nice to get away for a couple of days. We did have alittle fender bender, but it didn't hurt our car. A lady ran into the back of our trailer and damaged her truck but only hurt the trailer alittle so not bad for us. I don't know how she forgot the trailer was there, but she did.

Good Evening Girls, Well I made it by to let you know I was thinking of you today and to say hello. Kelly, Ronny, Bryson, and the girls left a few minutes ago and will be home in about 2 1/2 hours and I do need some rest, but will miss the girls. We took them all out to eat and I got to spend alittle time with Bryson today. They should all sleep a bit on there way home as they are worn out as well. Lenzie was already about to fall a sleep before they even got backed out of the drive. I put a couple of better pics on Lenzie's site of them at the beach yesterday as it was a Sunny day and the water was a beautiful Blue Green color. The girls had loads of fun and really enjoyed it.

Hello Girls,
Well, I have had a very busy week. I "look after" an 89 year old Lady who lives about a mile and a half from me. She is a widow and lives alone. She has no family, so, I take her to all her DR appointments, grocery shopping, etc. When I am in NC, my youngest son takes her out at least once a week to get groceries, etc. She is an amazing woman and will be 90 this September.
We are almost through painting the house. just a little bit of touch up to do and it will be finished. I am so happy to get it painted. It has needed it for several years.
I hope Jady is enjoying the Angel Mail. More is on the way. I know she is making you all proud. She is such a beautiful girl.
I miss Lexie so much and miss writing and sending her mail. I know you all miss her even more. She has touched all our lives in such a positive way.
Spring is here now and I hope your weather warms up soon. I hope you are all staying well.

I once had a four leaf clover,

I'm glad to know that Jady is being cared for so well by Grandma Barbara. Thank you. Aren't Grandma's wonderful? I look forward to hearing from Sweet little Jady.
My admiration goes out to Roni for working and going to school. I did that for many years to earn my College degree. I know it is very difficult and time consuming.

I was glad to read the update from Auntie Rhonda. I am thrilled that Roni is going to begin school soon. There is such a demand for anyone in the medical field. She should have no problem finding a job when she finishes her course. And who knows...maybe it will be a stepping stone to get her LVN or even RN. Good for you Roni!!!
I am glad that Jady is doing well. I'll bet that she does love the new puppy.
And, your description of how you feel when you think of precious little Lexie was heart warming. She was a real little "diva"!! And, left so many footprints in our hearts.

Thank you to Auntie Rhonda for the update.It sounds like things are going to get better for Roni and Jady. How long does the medical assistant course take? I know Roni will be busy with working and school. Rhonda, you are a good influence on Ronette. I am so proud of her. She is going to make a better life for her and Jady. How generous of Grandma to keep Jaedyn with her.
Angel mail was sent to the PO box a few days ago. I hope it arrived. Should I send mail to the new address you sent to me? The apt address? Is that where Jady will be living with Grandma? I have a new "ANGEL" package to mail to her.
I hope you all stay well. I have been watching your weather and it doesn't look good. It's going to get to 35 here tonight. That will be our coldest temp this winter, so far.
By March, it will be warm most of the time here.

I see, sadly, that the junk mailer has attacked this site again. Can't they leave people in peace? That is so unnecessary and so rude.
I hope all is well for you girls. I have had a very busy week, with a couple of Doctor appointments and a dental appointment and some fun things like eating out 3 times this week with different friends and playing cards and games. Tomorrow evening I am spending time with marissa, my Granddaughter who is 3 years old, while her parents go out for dinner. I have some fun things planned for us to do together.

Good Morning Girls, Just a quick stop by as I will be leaving in a bit for Kelly's. My brother will be this way around 10:00 and riding back with him. Tessa seems to be doing better. Still has the rash, but it's looking better with all the new medicine she got so I'm going on. Guess I will be back home around the Feb. 8th.

If Tessa is better by tomorrow I will be leaving to go help out Kelly being Lenzie is back on the Chemo. I can't leave Tessa sick and yet Kelly needs me to. Tessa got 3 more bottles of medicine from the doctor and so I hope she is better by tonight are in the morning. He said she got a triple dose of the rash caused from the Streph, Mono, and the other medicine she took for the Streph. She got some cream and spray to help to so I sure hope this medicine works this time around. Well need to run....

THANK YOU so much for an update AUNTIE RHONDA! It really is so nice to hear that things are looking up for the girls.
I am glad that Roni is getting out some. It is the way things should be. Life does go on and because life is so precious, it should be "lived", even when it is difficult to do so. We all miss sweet Lexie and always will remember her. She is flying free and is happily waiting to see everyone again when it becomes our turn to join her in Heaven. Someday, we will all be there.
I am so glad to read that Jady is doing so well in school and I am sure she is happy.
It sounds like Roni is staying really busy and working hard. Don't forget to spend some time playing too.
Rhonda, I do so appreciate you. One day, maybe we will meet in person and I can give you a big HUG for all your help. I know you don't have to do this and you have your own life and family too. For now, I will just say Thank you. You are a special person.
How nice that you have a new member of the family. I know that Bandit will bring you all a lot of fun and joy. Puppies are so much fun. Jady will want to come play with him often.
Roni, I wish you good luck in your job search. I am proud of you, that you are holding onto your present job while looking. So many people these days, just quit one job and then start looking for another. You are doing it the right way. {{{HUG}}}

Hi Girls, Well I'm finally getting by to say my hello's. Just so much going on with all us right now, but I won't ever forget about my special friends.
Tessa is still very sick and looks like she will miss all week of school and it's high school so it's hard to miss that much as you get behind. Say prayers for Lenzie as she is back to start Chemo again tomorrow as she is having a relaspe with her OMS. We really hate for more Chemo, but what's there to do. Hoping Tessa gets better soon so I can go help Kelly out with Tori and Bryson while Lenzie makes her weekly trips for Chemo to Birmingham.

I know you all still hurt for the absence of Sweet Angel Lexie and rejoyce for the presence of Sweet Jady.
I am sending lots of HUGS to both girls and to Roni and Auntie Rhonda. I wish I could do something to help heal your hurt.
I bet Jady had a good birthday. I sent her birthday and Christmas boxes to the PO Box in Lincoln, which is the only address I have. I hope she got my Christmas gifts. The birthday box may not have arrived yet, but it is on the way.
