Saturday the four of us went on the Lady Pintail II Yacht, courtesy of the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.

Good weather but no wind, so the Regatta Boat Race was cancelled. More
pics on the photo page.
-----------------------------------------
Bruce is preparing to ref his first basketball game. This week he met with students that are interested in playing on the golf team in the Fall. I'll keep you posted on both of these endeavors.

Me? I'm waiting to close out the school year and prepare for the next. It's always exciting to reflect on what didn't work and what you want to do differently.

Brett? After today's graduation, Brett will officially be a Senior. Ugh! How did that happen? We just found out that next year the school year ends earlier, so his graduation date looks like it'll be May 26th. He's preparing for basketball season,
already starting the Summer League season. He'll work about 3 basketball camps this Summer and maybe get a PT job.

Finally, Ms. Em. She's fine. Put her hair in a ponytail last night with some cute barettes as well. Loves the longer hair. She will be attending a career camp, golf camp and a week long/overnight with Camp Sunrise. When the incoming 6th graders come in school, Emily will be one of their tourguides/mentors. What's the latest news? She's informed me that she wants a tour bus when she's old enough. She watched a Taylor Swift special and decided a tour bus would be the best. Ugh! To think, the teen years haven't arrived, yet.

As a family, we are going to the Regatta race in Annapolis. We received an invitation to board one of their yachts to watch the June 13th race. Can I wear a life vest? Vacation plans may be a few days trips and a few days in Ocean City.

Ooops, what about Em's health? This week's visit went well. Good counts. Lungs sound clear. Next clinic visit for Em is July 30th where she will get an EKG/EEG and have her counts checked. At her visit this week, we had to say good bye to Dr. McFall (Rebecca) who will be moving on to Chicago. She told us that Dr. Friedman will now see Emily on a continuing basis. We're hoping to soon arrive at the every 3-month schedule. Dr. "F" is Emily's main doctor at JHH. Both Christine and Rebecca reported directly to Dr. Friedman (kind of like the student teacher/advisor relationship).

Till next time, enjoy the sunshine and picnics!

Best to all from the Z’s
