The meeting with the Endocronologist went very well. The initial report is that Emily will not need to receive the growth hormones. So far, it appears that she is on track with her peers. We are waiting for the final report, based on the bone scan of her hand.
School is going well for everyone. Brett was awarded a pin for Academic Excellence (3.5 gpa or higher). This award was based on his performance last year. Yeah Brett! Emily is doing very well, also. So far, she is enjoying middle school and her grades reflect a positive experience. Bruce and I are just taking one day at a time. I have to admit, we do love the "normal" paychecks (at least I do).
This weekend I am volunteering my time to assist with the HUGE fundraiser at the fairgrounds. Proceeds from this event will help defray the costs for some of our friends. You may go to www.ppfinc.org to read more about this Sunday's event.
Disneyworld is only 1 month away! We received our luggage tags yesterday. It will be here before you know it.
