Wow! I can't believe it has been 3 months since our last entry. Time flies!

Since our last entry...

We have joined the Mini Van Families Association. We had to break down and do it. I love it! Howard says "It's ok." The important thing is AJ can get in and out on his own.

We went to Georgia to visit our good friends the Wehunts. The kids had a great time playing with their kids and it was a much needed vacation.

We went to Bethany for a week with friends and family. The weather was not the best, but a good time was had by all.

School started for AJ and Jordan. Jordan is loving third grade and she is in the high level math class. She has to bring her math book home everyday, so I can help her with her homework. AJ is thrilled to be back in school. I think he really missed his friends this summer.

Hunter celebrated his first birthday. We had a sports themed party with a moonbounce. The kids loved it. He is walking now and eating mostly table food. He is small for his age, but very quick.

I am back at work at St. John's and St. Pat's. I just can't stay away from the kids. Howard is back in public accounting. He just could not stay away, plus real estate was not doing so well.

AJ Health Update..

AJ is getting stronger everyday. He is walking a lot without his walker and really tries to keep up with Hunter.

His tear duct unclogged by itself, so no surgery was needed. Yeah!

Heart, Liver, and other major organ systems seem to be stable at the moment. Stable is good!

We are in full Halloween mode with going to the pumpkin patch, getting costumes, and practicing our trick or treat line, "Healthy Treat Please." At least that's what AJ has to say at school.

I will post pictures after Halloween.

Love to all,
Melanie
