Louie Hentz
This website was created to keep family, friends and visitors informed on Louie's progress. Louie was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor on April 9, 2004. Louie had no apparent symptoms until his one year well visit where his head size had increased more than normal. His tumor type is called Medulloblastoma & he has undergone 2 surgeries to resect the tumor(April 16th & May 20th). Louie has completed 20 weeks of chemotherapy and five weeks of radiation at St. Jude Research Hospital in Memphis and an additional 20 weeks of chemotherapy at Cinti. Children's Hospital. All of Louie's MRI's & spinal taps since his surgeries have shown no signs of cancer! We hope & pray he has beaten cancer forever. In December 2005 Louie was diagnosed with autism. We have a new battle & a new disease to fight but an awesome team to help. Thank you for your caring support & most of all your prayers. Our friends need prayers & encouragement too! Please pray for all other families at St. Jude and across the world.
