God led us to Ukraine and we are so Thankful for our precious little girl that He blessed us with. Our appointment at the National Adoption Center was January 25, 2005. That day was a wonderful day!!! We wouldn't change a thing about our whole adoption process. Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not yet seen. Hebrews 11:1 kjv

Saturday, June 16, 2007 6:35 AM CDT Boy it has been a long time since I've posted an update.
As usual it has been very busy around here. Since the weather has warmed up Mary wants to be outside ALL the time. I can't hardly keep her in the house at all. It is really hard to do any house cleaning or cooking. Oh well, I can catch up on all that stuff this winter. Mary is really enjoying her pool. Thanks to Uncle Ted and Aunt Donna. They gave Mary their pool last summer. By the time we got it set up and ready we didn't have much time to swim. This year we are swimming every chance we get. She wants to get out of the pool and head straight to the trampoline.
I am really enjoying working part-time. I am so glad that God made a way for me to work less and spend more time at home with Mary. It is something I will treasure all my life.
I had a great Mother's Day. I can't believe that this was our third Mother's Day together. We went to church with Nana. Addie made it too. After church we headed to Cave in Rock for a Mother's Day picnic. It was so fun. We have decided to make this an annual tradition. It was so much more fun picnicing than sitting in restuarant. I think picnics will make better memeories for the girls too.
Recently we spent the afternoon at Joshua Davis' 4th Birthday party. We hadn't seen him in so long. He is so cute and happy. At his party he had train rides, pony rides and a petting zoo. Mary had a great time needless to say. It was so good to see them two together again.
Mary is going to see her kidney doctor next week. She has had a relapse and is back on a high dose of steroids again. We are already in the process of weaning her down again. Hopefully we can get her off soon. We know that God is going to take care of this problem in his time and we will deal with it until he does. I am anxious to see how much she weighs now. She is growing like a weed. While we are in Louisville we are planning to see the Kramers. I can't wait.
I will update again in the near future.
God is so good!!
Love, David, Donette and Mary
