Dana's Update Page Dana was diagnosed in Nov 2004 with a relapse of liver cancer that spread to her lungs. She ended chemo in September 2005 and has had clean scans and blood tests ever since.

Thursday, May 29, 2008 Howdy, y'all! Dana turned the big 10 in April and tomorrow is her last day of school as a 4th grader. She is very excited to be out of school.
Dana had a blood test done in May and it was excellent! Scans and more blood tests in August.
On Dana's birthday this year, WHAS11 here in Louisville taped a news special about Dana. A reporter learned about her story and did a heart-string-tugging puff piece on Dana and her two (2) battles with cancer. Below is a link to it if you want to see it. Please pass the link to any and all of your friends and family. Good stuff.
Adam is finishing up 1st grade and played organized basketball this year and had a great time.
Molly is very tall for her age and does her best to keep up with sis and bro.
We are looking forward to no more school for a while and we will stay plenty busy with camping, horseback riding, Kentucky Kingdom etc.
Thanks for checking in.
Doug
The picture above is one of my favorite of Dana and Adam playing.
