Sat., Sept. 7 2003 Hello Everyone, Sorry I haven't written in so long. Once school started, it seemed I could never get caught up! Evan is doing great. He had a problem with his blood not clotting a couple weeks ago, but that was corrected with a Vit. K shot.
Good News! (I think :) He as started to walk. He is up to 9-10 steps unassisted. I am sure he'll be trucking around in a month or so. We weighed him today and he is 18 lbs 10.5 ounces...Praise the Lord! Sept.5th it was 3 months since his surgery. During his stay, he got down to 15.9 lbs so....that's a turn around of 3lbs!
The pool pictures are from early July. Less than a two weeks from his discharge date. Don't you think he looks great! On July 15th he was released from the cardiac sugeon's care. He had a normal blood pressure. His oxygen saturation levels were 98-100 percent he had no swelling around the heart or fluid in his lungs. He got an A plus from the doc!
Trevor and Trent love school. They get to ride the bus sometimes this year and they think that is cool.
I am uploading some new photos in a minute, but I've had some trouble with this recently so who knows.
