Elijah Jacob Levine servant of God 12/20/93-7/21/03
"For I am ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." Elijah's heart was for the lost, and we will continue to reach out for "just one more" as Elijah would say. Christmas Child by DJ Stoughton So short the Christmas song, a song of love not explained, a song of this special Christmas Child. A song not shy of singing out the loudest, a sweet melody in a quiet room, only to be silenced before this song was done.
Cut off during one of the wonderful chords. One less song that sings of love to the world.
Only the closest miss this special Christmas song. But still lingering in the spirit of many who were touched by this child is the song of love not explained, the song of the Christmas Child.
And my song sings on, as do billions of others, but remember, this is your song, make it worth hearing, like the song of the Christmas Child.

Monday, March 30, 2009 2:56 PM CDT Hello, I know it has been a while. Things are moving along here. school is almost over. eliana will officially be in kindergarten this fall. elesha will sure miss her when she is at school all day. bekah will be going into 8th grade. she was selected for an academic society, and is working on her basketball. DJ is ready to fly the coop. he and a few friends are going to be renting an apartment together. hopefully they will do well. Julie and I are still in the same jobs that we both like. She hurt her back and may need surgery, so we are just playing it by ear for now. Things are busy now. Eliana is in tumbling and soccer and Bekah is going to basketball camp soon. We still miss Elijah so much. Eliana keeps asking if she can see him. Elesha is so cute. She is loved at day care and everyone just loves her. We continue to pray for the families we know who are still battling and trying to keep in touch with those who have lost loved ones, but haven't been doing well with that. We hope you have a Blessed week. Love, The Levines
